Session 12
There was blue all around you today and around your throat area. All of the chakras and energies were really clear and your throat was clear too but there was a lot of blue.
It did feel as though it was to do with your throat but it was more to do with nurturing than communication – that is nurturing of yourself and the expression of yourself but that comes after the nurturing is done. You were all in the blue light and it stayed blue for the whole healing. I could see a lot of other colours but it was really STRONG blue.
There were four angels each side and two people who were here before at your feet. The woman had a staff with a crystal on it. The crystal was a smaller one but quite long. It’s quite fascinating; they don’t hold them like we do. Every time I’ve seen them the crystal has been on a stick. Behind her was the gentleman from Atlantis who was directing her. He seems to be her support.
From the very beginning I had the long quartz crystal. It’s very strong and is to do with setting the energy ready for the others to come in. It was working all around your body. First it was opening up these higher levels but in a balanced way, then it was opening up the bottom ones and grounding you. So this crystal is powerful for opening up to the higher levels but grounding you as well. I put the pink crystal on the heart centre at various times and this is to do with love and opening up to the unconditional love of all.
The woman who was there is very connected to crystals. She works with crystals all of the time and she will help you to work with them. Any way you want to use them is the right way. If you want to hold them while meditating then this is right. It will help you to open up. There is no set way.
The main message was that these two crystals (the deep purple and the gold) are really important to you now. Use them together – they work together.
I could feel the yellow and the blue, the third eye and the crown – these are to do with all of the awakening you’re going through. The throat is the expression of that – the communication of that and the yellow is letting go of the fear around it. The wisdom and the knowledge is coming in and it was all to do with this higher area.
The man who was behind with the Atlantean look about him was so clear with a flowing beard and a wise feeling. He said, “Be still”.
It is important with the crystals to do what you feel rather than doing what someone else says to do. A lot of the time this energy is coming directly from whoever is working with you at the time on a higher level. Your thoughts and feelings of what to do – that’s them telling you what to do with it.
Whatever crystal you use – its purpose is to transmit the energy for whatever you need to do with it at the time. We are coming into a time when all structure like that needs to be kept individually for people. So working from the heart or intuitively is important. You are taught in your sleep.
You still have your soul guides but they don’t always come in close to you – they stay back a bit when others come in and work with you.
You have to trust – that’s the other side of the yellow. YOU HAVE TO TRUST THE MESSAGES YOU ARE GETTING.
