I asked for the Neutral Implant in the week of 17/10/1998
Several weeks later, in January 1999, I was traveling in Egypt. I asked whether Dr. Jarvar and Dr. Perry were there with me. Dr. Jarvar answered with the beautiful blue colour, the usual way he would confirm his presence, followed with a soft green underneath the blue and an ‘audible’ message saying, “Then there is Bernice of the soft green”. I believe that Bernice is the young blonde student who is in learning with Dr. Jarvar.
On the twelfth of January 1999 I was asking about the Neutral Implant again, did I have it yet, why was it taking so long etc. Then these letters were spelt out slowly and clearly and appeared in front of me.

At the chakra balancing session on the fifteenth of February 1999, there was only Dr. Jarvar standing near my feet and the two guides, the Zatar who were to do with the Neutral Implant, standing on either side.
At that time Dr. Jarvar said I was right in the transition stage of the change over, that there was nobody else around and new guides were coming in soon.
It was up to me to ask the new guides to come in because they won’t come in without my permission or before I am ready. I was to do this to complete the transition.
Even on the seventh of April 1999, I was asking how I was going with the Neutral Implant – was I progressing, was it fully implemented?
I was told, “On schedule!”
