Dr. Jarvar
I started keeping a journal of my meditation experiences late in 1998. Prior to that I had been meditating for about twelve years and I had thoroughly enjoyed the many things I had experienced during that time.
The first time I saw a very clear, close up of a person in my meditations was about 1986. I was surprised and couldn’t understand why she had appeared so clearly. I didn’t know who she was.
Then a little later I started a Reiki course with Beth Gray and I realized that it was her face that I had seen some time before.
During 1998 I became more interested in recording my experiences. I asked for the name of my guide in my meditation on the twenty fifth of August 1998. I heard and saw written in upper case letters “DR. JARVAR”. I was also told, “Perry is coming”. At the time I thought, “I don’t know anyone called Perry”. Then I received confirmation that it was the name of my other guide – Dr. Perry.
In my meditations Dr. Jarvar would confirm his presence with lots of beautiful blue colour. He would confirm that I had received or interpreted the messages correctly with a strong feeling of love and a fluttering movement in the heart chakra as well as a gentle breeze on my face.
The two shapes coming out of Dr. Jarvar’s head appeared to be made of light energy and were ‘floating’. He conveyed the impression of having great wisdom. He carried a long staff with a crystal in the end of it which he used during my chakra balancing sessions where he appeared in iridescent colours – all the colours of the rainbow.
Dr. Perry
Dr. Perry was my second guide and she was soon to ascend to a different vibration. She was very regal and her head dress was decorated with many lovely crystals. Dr. Perry was also accompanied by the most beautiful blue colour when she appeared to me – but a different blue to Dr. Jarvar. In the chakra balancing sessions she took part in and executed the work with crystals while Dr. Jarvar supervised. When she appeared at the chakra balancing sessions she was also iridescent and all of the colours of the rainbow.
The Student
There was a young student who had long blonde hair and was lovely. She was in training with Dr. Jarvar and was to take over Dr. Perry’s position after she had ascended to the new vibration.
While I was travelling in Egypt Dr. Jarvar said in my meditation, “Then there is Bernice of the soft green”. I believe he was referring to the student but at the time I didn’t ask for or receive confirmation of that.
